Karen Schaefer, a second-generation Aebleskiver cook, will be helping make the annual Aebleskiver Breakfast on Feb. 23 from 8:30-noon at the Penngrove Community Church, located at 9970 Oak Street in Penngrove. Traditional Danish pancakes, orange juice and coffee will be served. There is no set charge, and only donations will be accepted.
